Return & Refund Policy

At HomelyVibes we strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with the product they’ve purchased from us. If you are experiencing any shipping or products issues, and you’re feeling frustrated, then please send us an email and our team will assist you right away.


Exchanges: 10 days from date of delivery in like-new condition with no visible wear and tear. Buyer must pay for return shipping if not covered by our warranty against manufacturer defects and exchange is not due to our error.

PLEASE NOTE: This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:

  1. Damage caused by accident
  2. Improper care
  3. Normal wear and tear
  4. Break down of colors and materials due to sun exposure
  5. After-market modifications

No returns/exchanges for products with water exposure will be accepted.


For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. 

We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future.


If you feel the product that you’ve purchased does not show the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund.

Here are the circumstances in which refunds will be granted:

You can get a refund if:

  • You aren't happy with your order: You’ve purchased your HomelyVibes products in the last 10 days and want to return them, we will process full refund as soon as possible when we receive the items from you
  • The product you’ve purchased is completely non-functional
  • You did not receive your product within 60 business days or 90 business days (South America) of purchase
“The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee” is available under following circumstances:
1. Item must be returned to us with proof of purchase such as Order ID, Invoice ID, Transaction ID within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
2. Return must be authorized by HomelyVibes via email.
3. Item must be returned in its original & resell condition; packaging must not be broken where applicable.
4. Return postage and handling is buyer's responsibility.
5. Refund does not include original shipping cost. Refund method will be determined by HomelyVibes.
6. Because of the nature of some products, we do not offer exchange or refunds on non-broken products under any circumstances.
Return of Non-Broken Item within Warranty Period
1. HomelyVibes may reject any returns under below circumstance at our discretion:
  • The detailed size cart is included in the description. The size you choose does not fit you well.
  • The order is placed with a discount coupon we provided.
  • The 30-Day Money back Guarantee period is expired.
  • The order was placed by mistake but wasn't cancelled within 24 hours.
2. Return must be authorized by HomelyVibes via email.
3. Item must be returned to us with proof of purchase such as Order ID, Invoice ID, Transaction ID.
4. Item must be returned in its original and resell condition and packaging must not be broken or damaged where applicable
5. Return postage and handling is buyer's responsibility
6. Under any circumstances we will NOT refund the original shipping cost
